Arnold “Governator” Schwarzenegger and Jackie Chan are in a tacky two-shot, riding oversized choppers on a nondescript highway. Suddenly, a police car barrels through, explodes in a furious blaze of fire, with our two heroes ducking to barely avoid grizzly death. The whole thing screams cheesy action movie, complete with green screen background and ham-fisted delivery of dialogue.
